Group Pilates Classes

Group Pilates classes build strength, balance, and control from the inside out. Whether you’re working on the mat or using specialised equipment, each movement engages your core and your mind — developing precision, confidence, and long-term strength for life.

Private Physio-Led Pilates

Private Pilates is available 1:1 or in small groups of up to four. With physio-led guidance across mat and equipment formats (reformer 1:1 only), every session is personalised to help you build strength and move with confidence.

About Saara

Sport has always been a big part of my life. I competed at a high level in both athletics and lacrosse — and after a significant ankle injury while studying Sports Science at Loughborough University, I started to wonder if helping others recover from injury could become my own path.

That thought grew into a career I love. After qualifying as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2006, I spent eight years working across two busy NHS trusts, gaining experience in specialist areas such as rheumatology, hydrotherapy, upper limb rehabilitation, and orthopaedics.

Now based in the Cotswolds, I work in private practice, treating around 15–20 clients each week. My sessions are always tailored to the individual, combining techniques such as acupuncture, soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, exercise rehabilitation, and Pilates.

Alongside my physiotherapy work, I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 13 years — running small, friendly matwork classes in Sherston and Marshfield that have grown purely through word of mouth. I’m also excited to be opening my own home studio in West Kington, which will allow me to offer 1:1 and small-group sessions using specialist Pilates equipment.

Whether I’m treating a client in the clinic or leading a class, my focus is always the same: helping people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy confidence in their bodies.
