Physiotherapy
What is physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy is all about helping people move better, recover from injury, and manage pain. It uses a combination of hands-on techniques, exercise, and education to restore strength, flexibility, and confidence in the body. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing a long-term condition, or simply want to move more comfortably, physiotherapy offers tailored support to help you reach your goals.

Physiotherapy with Saara
Every person Saara sees receives a full assessment to understand their history, lifestyle, and goals. From there, she designs an individual treatment plan that may include manual therapy, taping, acupuncture, exercise-based rehab, and Pilates. Her approach is always personal and evidence-based, with the aim of achieving lasting results rather than just short-term fixes.
Saara treats adults of all ages, from those managing long-term conditions to people recovering from surgery, through to athletes aiming to get back to their sport. Her sessions are one-to-one, tailored, and designed to build both physical recovery and long-term confidence.
