Group Pilates Classes @Latimer Studio

Group classes at Latimer Studio offer an energising and supportive way to build strength, improve mobility, and move with ease. Held on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, these sessions provide flexibility and choice to fit around busy routines.

You can choose from two class styles: matwork classes, with a maximum of 8 participants for a spacious and comfortable group experience, and equipment-based classes, currently limited to just 4 people for more focused guidance and hands-on support. Both formats are designed to help you progress safely and confidently, whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice.
